The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued an update on Tropical Storm Rosa.

NWS says the potential for heavy rainfall and localized flooding remains with locations in the central and eastern parts of Arizona having a better threat for thunderstorms. The heaviest rainfall id forecast to move through the region Monday night and Tuesday morning with the chance for additional rain through Wednesday morning. The threat for flooding in Southeast California is lower than elsewhere , although the threat remains. Rainfall will be lightest in Southeast California and Western Arizona. This encompasses The Imperial and Yuma Valleys.
