a 67-year old Salton City man was killed Friday night when his pick up truck crashed.
The accident occurred Friday evening on Interstate 8 near Boulevard. The man was driving eastbound on the freeway when his pick up truck and trailer went off the road and down an embankment and overturned. The driver was declared dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
