The applicants are dependents of IID employees, have obtained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above and will be attending an accredited college or university in the fall.

San Diego State University, Imperial Valley Campus/teaching/business management. • Anthony Valera, Chatsworth High School. University of California, Irvine/bioengineering.
