(Cattle Call Weekend is coming up)…The full weekend of activities starts Friday evening. The Music Festival will be held at the Plaza Park in Brawley. Residents are invited to bring out their lawn chairs and enjoy local entertainment. The Festival is free and it starts at 6:00 pm. Saturday morning starts with the traditional Lion’s Chuck wagon Breakfast. The Largest Western-themed parade begins at 9:45 am. There will be two Professional Rodeo Performances on Saturday, at 2:00 pm and again at 7:00 pm. Sunday is family day, with special activities for the entire family at Cattle Call Park. The Traditional Barbecue will be included in the activities, leading to the final Rodeo performance at 2:00 pm. The weekend is also filled with western dances throughout Brawley and El Centro.
