Something special at SDSU/IV Halloween event

(SDSU/IV has a special Halloween)…Calexico Campus to host a Carnival and a special preview. San Diego State University/Imperial Valley and KPBS will welcome parents and children Friday to a preview of the Electric Company Circuit Tour. The preview will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Electric Company is described as a Hip, Literacy based show on KPBS. It debuted in January of this year on PBS Kids. It is a remake of the popular 70’s show, which featured famous celebrities. Friday’s event will feature video clips, giveaways, treats and previews of the upcoming live show to be held November 14 at 2:00 pm in Rodney Auditorium. SDSU/IV says they are proud to join KPBS in the National Literacy Awareness Campaign and bringing an event of this magnitude to the Imperial Valley. The Halloween Carnival Friday is sponsored by the Associated Student Council at SDSU/IV and the Calexico Neighborhood House.
