(Time change in Mexico)…Daylight Savings Time begins this weekend South of the Border. Clocks were turned back one hour at 2:00 Sunday morning. In the United States, the time change is next Sunday, November 1. The Ports of Entry in Imperial County, the two Calexico Ports and Andrade, will all remain on California time. In San Diego County, however, the Ports will operate on Mexican time to accommodate tourism, commerce and other border crossers. |
