Brawley Police have two suspects in custody and are looking for a third following a stabbing last night. According to Brawley Police Commander Brett Houser , Brawley officers responded to Pioneers Memorial Hospital about midnight last night when the hospital notified them about a stabbing victim in the emergency department. After interviewing the victim , a 23-year old Brawlet resident , it was determined that a group of individuals approached the victim in the 1400 block of Welcome Street. A fight broke out and the victim was stabbed a total of 12 times in various parrts of his body. The victim was treated at Pioneers and then transported to UCSD Medical Center. Brawley Police have arrested 22-year old Erik Lizarrga and 21-year old Raquel Uribe. They have been booked into Imperial County Jail on attempted murder charges. Police are attempting to locate 20-year old Jesus Delacruz as a possible suspect in the crime.
