(A Cattle Call Queen will be picked this weekend)…Judging will take place Friday at Cattle Call Arena. Kaylin Sampson and Riley McFadden, the Queen Candidates this year, will be judged on their Horsemanship skills, personality and appearance. The Junior and Teen candidates will be competing, as well. The Coronation of the 2009 cattle Call Queen will be Saturday, with ceremonies at Cattle Call Park. The Theme this year is “Down the Road to Cowboy Town.” The Queen Contest and coronation are both free and open to the public. For exact times, contact the Brawley Chamber of Commerce, at 760-344-3160.
