(Brawley suspect jumps from a balcony)….Lt. Brett Houser says officers were called to the 1600 block of “A” Street Friday. They were responding to a Domestic Violence call. Houser says when police arrived the suspect jumped from the two-story apartment and tried to run away. He did not get far. Officers tazed the man and placed him under arrest. The suspect was identified as Kurt Hansen. |
