El Centro police arrest suspect

(Stabbing suspect in custody)….El Centro police arrested the 20-year-old suspect Wednesday night. Commander Ron Meredith says police were called to a reported fight between juveniles Tuesday night. When officers arrived at 8^th and Pico they did not find a fight, but they found a wounded juvenile. The victim was taken to El Centro Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. The victim reportedly identified his attacker, who had fled the scene. Wednesday evening officers arrested Ulises Cisneros in the 800 block of Woodward Avenue. Cisneros was booked into County Jail, charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
