| Two minor earthquakes rattled the Guadalupe Victoria area of Baja California Wednesday. According to Caltech , the first quake occurred at 10:38 A.M. and measured 3.1 on the Richter Scale. The second quake occurred at 3:05 P.M. and measured 3.5 on the Richter Scale. No damage was reported. Guadalupe Victoria is about 40 miles south of Mexicali, Baja California. |
