The 18th Ranked Arizona Western College Lady Matadors' Volleyball team (11-3) lost their 2nd straight match to 11th ranked Southern Idaho College (24-6) 30-14, 26-30, and 14-16. The Lady Mats were led by Patty Paniagua (11), in kills.
AWC Head Coach Jason Smith stated, “We played very well today, but we didn’t finish well. It’s the first time that we’ve played against competition at this level, and we proved that we belong with them, but we also proved that we have to finish out these matches.”
