The Arizona Western Lady Matadors volleyball team (19-16) defeated Glendale Community College (10-17) in straight games (30-13,30-28,30-23) last night.
Laday Matadors Head Coach Jason Smith stated, “I feel very good about tonight’s match. We came out as strong as we have all season. Our level dropped in Game 2, but we picked it back up, and we played strong. The true goal right now is to put three games in a row at the same high level in one match like we played in Game 1 tonight.” AWC’s Next Game: is vs. 5th ranked Scottsdale Friday 7:00PM (Scottsdale) (regular season finale) |
