The Arizona Western College Lady Matadors Basketball Team (2-1) stopped the Imperial Valley College Arabs (0-2) by the score of 84-66 in Yuma last night.
Matadors Head Coach Patrick Cunningham stated, “We’re feeling pretty good offensively. We have good balance, and we’re shooting the ball well. Defensively, we’re still trying to figure it out, and we’re struggling to find our direction on that side of the ball. IVC out rebounded us on the offensive end, so we’re disappointed in our defensive effort.
