The Arizona Western College Matadors (4-2) toppled Eastern Arizona (3-3) 19-14 in Tucson, Saturday night. AWC defeated Eastern without attempting a forward pass the entire game.
Head Coach James Pryor stated, “These men earned it. This was a team victory. All facets of our game performed tonight. Our offense scored, our defense scored, our special teams didn’t give up any big plays, and they all played four quarters, and earned it.”
AWC’s Next Game: is vs. number 10 ranked Glendale Community College Saturday 7:00PM.
