Yuma, Arizona - The New Mexico Military Institute (4-4) defeated the Arizona Western Matadors (4-4) in football last night 35-16. The game was played very close through the third quarter with the score of 21-16, then New Mexico added two touchdowns in the fourth to clinch the game.
After the game, AWC Head coach James Pryor stated, “This ball game hurt because it meant something. We were in a position to win the ball game, and we just didn’t finish.” AWC’s Next Game: is at number 1 ranked Snow Saturday 12:30PM AZ Time (Ephraim, UT) |
