The Arizona Western College Lady Matadors basketball team (10-7) defeated Mesa Community College (7-5) by the score of 72-60 last night.
AWC Head Coach Patrick Cunningham stated, “It’s all about getting into and then keeping a rhythm, and we’re doing well to that end right now. Katrina’s on a roll, and her teammates are doing a good job of getting her the ball in the right spots, and you have to chalk that up to just repetitions in practice and learning from your mistakes.” AWC’s Next Game: Men: vs. Glendale Saturday 7:30PM (‘The House’-AWC Campus) Women: vs. Glendale Saturday 5:30PM (‘The House’-AWC Campus) |
