The Arizona Western College Lady Matador basketball team (13-6) snuck past Chandler/Gilbert Community College (12-12) last night by the score of 62-61. Head Coach Patrick Cunningham stated, “We really struggled all through the second half being able to get any good shots, but when we came down the stretch, our defensive intensity picked up, and made the plays when we had to have them.”
