The Arizona Western College Lady Matadors Basketball team (5-5) defeated Cochise Community College (4-6) in a hard fought battle 64-60 last night.
AWC Head Coach Patrick Cunningham stated, “We’re looking to rebound more, our defense is better, and we have more intensity. Those are the things we have to have to be successful down the road, and they helped us beat a quality team tonight.”
