The Arizona Western College Lady Matadors basketball team (16-11) dropped a hard fought battle to Eastern Arizona College (6-17) by the score of 66-63 last night.
AWC head coach Patrick Cunningham stated, “During the last timeout, we got them ready for being down 0, 1 or 2. But we didn’t get them ready to be down 3. They fouled Rachel to get the rebound, and hit the 3-pointer, and we weren’t prepared for that.
