The Arizona Western College Matador baseball team (27-24) split a doubleheader with 4th ranked Cochise Community College (38-14) by the scores of 6-4 and 1-4.
Arizona Western College head coach John Stratton stated, “I thought it was a good doubleheader. We went on the road and played well again. We’ve come so close to a couple of sweeps this past week or so, but we were just slightly shorthanded.” AWC’s Next Game: vs. Pima Community College DH Tuesday Noon (Kammann Field-AWC Campus) |
